    see if folding the opposite way on the score lines helps .. sometimes when scoring and folding them it helps to just fold the oppsite way you folded the 1st time .. make sense ? Hope this helps

    Dawn, what a riot! I got my new cutter and found out that I also was using the old one upside down! I guess great minds think alike lol..anyway it didnt take long to get used to it.. but it made me laugh to think I wasnt the ONLY one..
