Valentine gift ideas for my boyfriend?

This is our second Valentines day together. I never know what to get him the first one i gave him the cute little stuffed animal, card/note, and silk pajama pants w lips on them. This V Day i want to do something extra nice but he isn’t too expressive. He loves cars and going out but im trying to keep it NOT TACKY and under $200. what is a typical nice gift and a way for me to tell him i love him that will catch him off guard??

-A digital picture frame amd a memory card that has pictures of the two of you together on it

-A nice watch

-Tickets to a car show/concert

    instead of a stuffed animal, up the standard by giving him a stuffed human being that looks just like him, he won’t be able to find it any where else because it is the ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD!
