Suggestion #1:
A home-cooked meal. Some fun desserts to try are red velvet cupcakes, or a chocolate souffle! You can find great recipes on the Foodnetwork website: http://www.foodnetwork.com
Suggestion #2:
You can find a lot of fun, trendy clothes at Zara or H&M. Great jeans at Levi’s, or shoes from Aldo or Urban Outfitters.
Suggestion #3:
LUSH bath products! Bubble bars generate bubbles in your tub. Bath bombs fizz when you drop them in to the tub, releasing moisturizing oils in to the water to soften your skin. Bath melts are massage oil bars.
Hope this gave you guys some ideas! All LUSH products shown were puchased by myself.

Has anyone ever tried Never fail fudge? Is it good?
Chocolate-Strawberry Thumbprints
Makes about 3 dozen You can use any sun-kissed berry atop the cream cheese filling in these crisp chocolate cookies.
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup plus 6 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 large egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
4 ounces strawberries (about 6 medium), stemmed and finely diced
1. Sift flour, cocoa, and salt into a bowl; set aside. Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring until smooth; set aside to cool.
2. Put butter and 1/4 cup granulated sugar into the bowl of a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment; mix on medium speed until pale and fluffy. Mix in yolk, vanilla, and chocolate. Reduce speed to low. Mix in flour mixture until just combined. Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour.
3. Preheat oven to 350°. Put 6 teaspoons granulated sugar into a small bowl. Form dough into 3/4-inch balls; roll in sugar to coat. Space 1 inch apart on baking sheets lined with parchment. Press center of each ball with your thumb. Bake 10 minutes. Press centers again with end of a wooden spoon, making 3/4-inch indentations. Bake until slightly cracked and set, about 5 minutes more. Cool completely on racks. Unfilled cookies can be stored in airtight containers up to 3 days.
4. Stir cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar in a small bowl. Toss berries with remaining 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar in another bowl. Spoon cream cheese mixture into center of cookies; top with sugared berries, dividing evenly.

any ideas for an activity for valentines day we can do at playgroup?
i know theyr only kids, but as the leader i like to add in every special day into our craft activities
our playgroup is in a catholic building, so considering valentines day is for st valentines day, we could even just colour in a picture or page with a poem or something about st valentine , i just need ideas, thankyou! xxxxxxxx
depending on the age of the child you can either pre-cut hearts out of construction paper or allow them to cut them out.
Have the children decorate the center of the heart with either a traced hand-print, and actual hand print, or a digital picture on regular paper (if you have access to a digital camera and a printer).
Then you set out lots of valentines cut-outs, confetti, and some valentines candy.
You can either have them make the valentines for God or allow the children to decorate their own hearts and give them to whatever family member they choose. (Quick tip when using glue with 3 and 4 year olds, I have found that pouring a little of the non-toxic white glue in little bottle lids or cups and allowing students to use q-tips to glue things works wonderfully as the children have more control of the glue – kinda like painting the glue on)
It’s a little late for valentines day (unless you want to pay huge shipping fee’s), but Oriental trading company is great for getting crafts for little ones at cheap prices. You may want to check it out for Easter.

Looking for Valentines Day Recipes for three people.?
My fiance have been together for over a year now and this is our second valentines day together. Last year we made it special and went out and did the date thing. This year money is short but the one thing I can do is make a nice dinner. This year we are inviting my fiance’s mother to dinner because shes done so much for us, and we want to do something nice for her. What I am looking for is a couple of good recipes to use for this dinner. I’m not the worlds best cook but I am ok at cooking so it needs to be kind of easy to medium hard lol. I will have all day to cook so time isn’t the issue. What would be the best thing to make when your future mother in law is coming to Valentines Day dinner. I’m terribly nervous because she is a wonderful cook, and I don’t want to mess this up. Please help me.
I have a wonderful recipe for chocolate fondue that will knock your socks off. The best thing though, this recipe is super easy and can make an unusual and nice presentation.
Instead of the traditional fondue bowl that everyone shares I make individual dessert plates for everyone. I take the chocolate fondue and put in a tiny bowl and set it on a dessert plate. I then surround it with my favorite dippers. ( strawberries, pound cake cut into bite size, marshmallows, etc)
When I am ready to serve the dessert I add the chocolate fondue to the bowls and give everything a quick dusting with powdered sugar. Its easy because the fruit is added to the plates ahead of time.
Heres the recipe I use below. One variation to it…this can even be made in the microwave. I have used a large measuring cup and just warmed it in30 sec to 1 minute intervals. When I am ready to serve, I just hit it for another 30 seconds or so and pour it easily into bowls.
Anyway, heres the recipe. Its one of those, you cant go wrong recipes.
