My girlfriend is really special and she loves anything creative. We haven’t really dated for a long time so nothing "I love you" like. Again, shes creative, so nothing normal and gooey valentines day things.. Thank you (:

I think you can design a fabulous photo collage with her winkle photos. And then add the words that you wanna say to him, such as "I love you".

I dont do anything creative. I just do send egreetings to my girl friend consistently through iHappy Holidays.I tried some creative ideas also,
