    you could use egg replacer i no that half a banna smashed equals one egg but is gonna give it a banana flavor and a cup or a half a cup of grinded flax seeds equals an egg but it will give it a nutty flavor 🙂 thats all i no

    Papercups won’t work that well if you’re gonna use them. I suggest you use those aluminum muffin cups. They’re disposable and can be reused many times over. Very cheap and versatile.
